House #11 is situated high at the top of the Dune in the Complex. There is a main walkway from each house that leads down to the beach gate.
Kitchen:
Kitchen nook to prepare or eat Breakfast at with seating for 8 people, Stove and Oven, Standard fridge/freezer, Kettle Toaster and all general Cutlery and Crockery for 10 people.
The Deck.
With a beautiful partial sea view of the Ponta do Ouro Bay. Also there is a gas braai on the deck, Gas refills are available at reception. Table and chairs on the deck for 8 people.
Lounge:
Lounge has a TV with a DVD player.
Bedrooms
Four air-conditioned bedrooms can sleep 8 people even though there are 10 beds, owners do not allow more than 8. Two rooms with each a double bed. Two bedrooms with each one single bed and a bunked bed in each room . All linen is supplied.
Bathrooms:
Three bathrooms of which on is ensuite with each a Shower, Toilet and Basin. The house makes use of a septic tank system. Do not flush foreign objects. Do not use ammonia containing detergents (e.g. Handy Andy).“Pro Bac” cleaning chemicals are septic tank friendly and will be supplied.
Directions
From the Kosi-Bay border post, take any of the dirt roads to Ponta. Rule of thumb is to keep right. The easiest route however is to drive north until you get to the airfield and then turn right to Ponta.
In town drive straight past the market until you reach the campsite, and pass it on your left. Mar-e-Sol is 500m down the road.
